• Brevard County Tag and Archives Facility, Structural design of a new 21,000 SF combined license tag and Clerk of Court Archive facility located in Titusville, FL.
• Brevard County Detention Center Women’s Annex, Structural design of the addition of 27 new cells at the existing women’s detention facility.
• Brevard County Detention Center, Structural design of two way cast in place concrete roof slabs at the new men’s annex.
• Flagler Beach Pier Storm Damage Assessment and Repairs, Flagler Beach, FL. Structural Investigation of damage to 800 LF pier following Tropical Storm Fay. Report included repairs and hazard mitigation in accordance with FEMA to reduce long term risks.
• Consolidated Administration Facility, KSC, FL. Created structural portion of a design-build bid package for the construction of a new 250,000 SF AF/NOTU joint-use administration Facility. Included anti-terrorism design in accordance with Department of Defense guidelines.
• Scott Center for Autism Research, Melbourne, FL. Structural design of a new 15,000 SF, LEED certified educational and research facility located on the campus of the Florida Institute of Technology.
• Astronaut Memorial Foundation Technical Training Facility, CCAFS, FL. Structural design for a new 10,000 SF educational facility.
• Emil Buehler Center for Aviation Education and Research, Melbourne, FL. Structural design of a new 22,000 SF classroom and aircraft hangar facility located at Melbourne International Airport for use by the Florida Institute of Technology.
• Bedrock Concrete Plant Expansion, Orlando, FL. Structural design of a 10,000 SF expansion to an existing concrete plant. Designs included anti-vibration foundations for various pieces of plant equipment.
• DeBary City Hall, DeBary, FL. Structural design of a new 15,000 SF municipal government facility.
• City of West Melbourne Building Department, West Melbourne, FL. Structural design of a new 18,000 SF municipal government facility.
• Kiwi Tennis Clubhouse, Indian Harbor Beach, FL. Structural design of a new, 20,000 SF clubhouse and restaurant facility.
• Cambridge Canal Drainage Improvements, Port Orange, FL. Structural design of a new concrete pumping station and six new pedestrian bridges.
• Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Water Treatment Plant Upgrades, Cape Canaveral, FL. Structural design of a new chlorine contact chamber as part of general upgrades to the facility.
• City of Holly Hill WTP Expansion and Upgrades. Structural design of new concrete holding tanks as part of an expansion to the facility.
• Thornton Park Central, Orlando, FL. Specialty structural engineering of steel curtain walls for a six story mixed-use facility.
